Lego bus stop in London

This evening I was fortunate to go into the West End for a preview of the new Dennis Hopper exhibition at the Royal Academy. On the way home I couldn’t resist going via Regent Street and the #Legobusstop.

It was well worth making a detour for! It was difficult to get a decent photo of it as it was a real live bus stop. I hadn’t realised that the bus shelter and the stand were all made of Lego bricks.

Built for Transport for London’s “Year of the Bus,” 12 months of events, exhibitions, and activities aimed at celebrating the city’s buses. It’s also outside Hamleys which is handy it if makes you want to get your hands on some Lego and build!

If you fancy popping along to see it then hurry, as it’s only there until July 15th.
