We received a lovely box of craft supplies from Baker Ross to work our way through. The children really liked the look of the bird ceramic planters, especially as they came with a box of special ceramic paints.
We covered the table, put their aprons on and they got to work.
They were both very careful to not mix the colours but the paint was a little runny!
Big Brother wanted to paint a robin but didn’t quite have the right colours. Instead he painted a pretty Spring coloured bird. When they had finished we left them to dry before cooking them in the oven.
They didn’t smell great whilst baking but they turned out really well – all ready to be planted with some seed.
