Today we went to London Zoo for the launch of the new Royal Mail Winnie the Pooh stamps. We had afternoon tea, followed by a reading from Winnie the Pooh. It was Edwards’ first visit to London Zoo and he was very excited to be there. We saw lions, tigers, monkeys, penguins and giraffes (our favourite animals).
Edward was given a little goody bag for attending the event which included a set of the new stamps (which have gone in his first year memory box) and a little softie Piglet. We had a lovely time – thank you London Zoo and Royal Mail!
