Our garden centre adventure

By | March 19, 2011

The weather was so lovely today it made us see our garden with fresh eyes! We want to get it ready to plant some vegetables and make it a safe area for Edward to play in. Daddy mowed the lawn and we went off to our local garden centre to choose some new flowers.

Now Edward can walk he was very happy to walk around and examine the plants. He has also started pointing and waving 🙂

We finally managed to finish opening his birthday presents and daddy baked him a delicious birthday cake.

ah that all sounds so lovely.
Wowsers Edward’s walking now – go Edward.
Such a super Daddy to make a cake.

Spooky but Aaron started waving today too. Did it in a very thoughtful way like he was trying out something he’d revised earlier. Bless him.
He couldn’t understand why his right hand and mine were on opposite sides though – doh!

Ah bless him. I caught Edward waving at a stranger in the garden centre! It’s the first time he’s done it, typical of him not to wave at me or daddy!
