We had a windswept picnic by the Serpentine today and couldn’t resist dipping our toes in the water of the Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Fountain. Unfortunately Edward got carried away and promptly sat down in the water. Luckily we’d packed a spare set of clothes!
We spent the afternoon in the garden where Edward helped daddy set up our new watering system. Again Edward was a bit over excited and managed to get soaking wet so another change of clothes was needed.
Edward has three teeth coming through at the top so went to bed early without dinner. It looks like we may have to plan another busy day tomorrow to distract him from his pain.
Teeth coming, teeth going, always a nuisance. But water-play sounds fun……….
