We’re a family who’s not afraid of travelling across the country to visit friends and family. Here’s some of our top tips for travelling with a toddler:
Take a bag of toys and make sure they are packed inside the car.
If you have an iPad invest in a case so it can be fixed to the back of the headrest, load up with endless episodes of Chuggington!
Pack snacks and plenty of drinks
Try and stop at least every 2 hours for nappy changes and so you can all stretch your legs
Make a travel pillow and/or comforter so they can relax and sleep
Compile a special playlist with their favourite songs, include songs with plenty of actions so they can get involved
Edward has his sea legs thanks to frequent ferry travel across the Solent!
