Heinz Moshi Monsters Pasta shapes

By | April 10, 2012

Heinz has teamed up with the world’s fastest growing kid’s entertainment brand, Moshi Monsters, to create a teatime treat that’s not only fun, but packed full of tomato goodness. I have to admit to keeping a couple of tins of Heinz pasta shapes in the cupboard as little fingers can’t help but point out the Thomas the Tank Engine and Bob the Builder ones whenever we go shopping.

As you can see the Moshi Monsters went down very well at lunchtime today – thankfully they contain one of your five-a-day as well as no artificial flavours, sweeteners or preservatives.

Apparently over 50% of children in the UK own a ‘Moshling’ (a Moshi Monster cyber pet) so the new range of pasta shapes are bound to be popular. The special edition on-pack labels contain fun facts and pictures to be coloured in, as well as a secret code which can be used to catch Moshling characters online.

Disclosure – we were sent a tin to try for ourselves.

Well, the Moshi Monster pasta shapes are “delicious”, but I have a very upset daughter as the codes don’t work. It’s a mean gimmick to make us buy the product!
