Thanks to the Grumpinator (who very kindly gave me her ticket when she couldn’t attend) I was lucky enough to attend BritMums Live! I had a great time hanging out with my old blogging friend Liska, seeing a fashion stylist, getting my handwriting analysed and of course listening to some inspiring bloggers.
I also enjoyed meeting lots of brands, some old and some new. We were a bit silly in the Visit Orlando booth!
The best thing for the toddler after a long day without me was the goodybag from the Lego Duplo stand and it made him very happy when I got home.
It contained a rather fabulous Lego City Brickmaster kit which contained 130 bricks, two minifigures and a story with instructions to build 9 different models as you follow the story. Obviously the toddler was way below the recommended age but he absolutely loves playing with the models which daddy makes whilst looking at the pictures.
The goodybag also contained Lego Duplo 5632 Animal Care which goes well with the 6136 My First Zoo which I extravagantly bought in John Lewis a few weeks ago. We love going to the zoo so this is a great addition to our little collection of animals. Thank you Lego Duplo!

I have decided on buying the annual membership as it is so awesome so I could go with you if you like.
I went with my friend Siobhan last time and she brought 2 kids with her Phil & Teds double buggy 🙂
