The toddler has never been a great one for breakfast, usually toast and a yoghurt. Since Little Sis came along he’s enjoying breakfast at the dining table. Today we tried Little Sis with Ready Brek which she ate but he wanted some too. He even asked for a bib! Rather sweetly he calls himself Roo, so said “Roo bib mummy”.
He polished off a bowl of Ready Brek which surprised me as he hasn’t eaten breakfast cereals for at least a year. Then he pointed at the large box of Colour Me In Rice Crispies which we’ve been sent and asked for some. He calls them “Crisps” but I know he means Rice Crispies.
He had three bowls of Rice Crispies.
I can’t complain as they’re fortified with lots of good stuff and it’s got him drinking milk again. It’s funny that it took his little sis tasting her first breakfast cereal to get him back in the swing of it all.
Oh Edward bless you.
Aaron goes through phases of eating his cereal really well and sometimes not. We’ve been in Ireland all week and he hasn’t had it once.
Well done Edward Roo
