The best weather was forecast today we we headed out to the ghost village of Imber which was open over Christmas and the New Year. The weather didn’t look great from the car:
We eventually found it and looked around the Church and few remaining buildings. Unfortunately the toddler fell in a puddle, of which there were plenty, so was a bit sulky.
We then headed off to Devizes and had lunch at Pizza Express, which cheered him up immeasurably.
The cup of tea in Imber church went down well after walking on the top of Salisbury Plain……..xxxx
