We love it when daddy takes a day off as we make big plans. I won some tickets to the Spring Knitting and Stitching Show at Olympia so off we headed on the tube. Little Sis was soon out of the pram, reading the Metro like a seasoned commuter.
Then it was a short taxi ride to Olympia where mummy got to look at beautiful quilts and fabric whilst everyone else sat in the cafe. After a short stop at Pizza Express for lunch (another Pizza Express!) we got back on the train to Oxford Circus for a visit to the famous toy store Hamleys. I really dislike Hamleys but the toddler loves it. He enjoyed a go on the Scalectrix so he *might* be getting one for Christmas.
Finally we headed back to the tube and home. We added a couple of pictures to our collection of the toddler next to tube signs.
