We started off our week with a trip to the local library for story time. The toddler is getting better at joining in although now he’s become more confident he was a little shouty. The library ladies know him by name and he is quick to shout out his favourite songs when he wants to.
After the singing we listened to The Gruffalo which is one of his favourite stories. Luckily the craft was making a gruffalo mask which both children adored.
There was lots of gluing, lots and lots of it. This is the finished mask, complete with poisonous wart on the end of his nose.
There was also some colouring in, unfortunately the toddler’s got stuck to the table (thanks to the gluing above), but he was allowed another copy to take home and finish later.
