It’s the time of year to have fun with gingerbread!
Our preparations actually started yesterday. Whilst Little Sis was at nursery we sat down and opened the 3D gingerbread tree we found in our local Tesco’s. It contained two pieces of gingerbread, four tubes of coloured icing and sprinkles.
BB was more than happy to decorate a piece, once he got to grips with the fiddly tubes of icing. I had a go too. Guess which one I did 🙂
We left the pieces to dry overnight then, when daddy got home from work, we put them together.
A bit Jekyll and Hyde looking but it tasted really good. All was going well until Little Sis choked on a piece, then I’m afraid it ended up in the bin!
