A trip to Pinner Memorial Park

By | January 25, 2014

With Big Brother being poorly over the last few days we wanted to stay local but get a decent dose of fresh air. We headed to Pinner Memorial Park which has a lovely children’s playground and cafe. We took the scooters and Big Brother mustered enough energy to scoot around the park and play in the playground for 15 minutes.

The whole park was pretty sodden so perhaps it was a good thing we didn’t stay out too long.  The toddler is obsessed with the flooding we keep watching on the news so wanted to wade through some of the pools of water but we managed to talk him out of it! Fingers crossed everyone is better soon so we can spend more time outside 🙂

Sometimes it’s good to get out even just for a quick scoot around the park. We have had so much rain this past week it is hard to do more, yet just keeping this level of fresh air going is perfect to revive little ones. Thank you for joining me for Country Kids.
