We seem to pack a lot into Thursdays. Whilst Little Sis was at nursery I taught her brother how to play Snakes and Ladders. It took a while as he needed to explore the dice, the game board, counters, the order of the numbers, the snakes and ladders bit….
He understood most of it, and found another game board in his Fireman Sam book so he was happy to play for a while.
Later he went to nursery and Little Sis came home. All she wanted to do was Peppa Pig puzzles, she can do them on her own and they kept her absorbed for a while.
