We’re clearly getting ahead of ourselves this year but we’ve already made a start on some Valentines decorations.
We had some colourful papers left from our Christmas chocolates and not wanting to waste anything we thought we’d turn them into some colourful sun catchers. I set the toddler up with some sticky backed plastic and cut the papers into small pieces. He had a great time covering the sticky paper.
Whilst he was doing that I cut some cardboard frames using a heart-shaped cookie cutter and some pink cardboard.
We put the frame over the sticky paper and made a sandwich by adding another layer of sticky paper to seal it all.
Then we hung it in the window to give us some colourful sunshine.
These look lovely and fun. Have pinned
