We had a lovely walk to the library this morning. I asked the children if they wanted to go to story time and they said yes! This is a big achievement from a few months ago when the 3 year old would go but hardly be able to sit still and listen. He still won’t join in with the singing even though I know he knows all the words and actions!
We stayed for the craft session which involved matching pictures of foods and their shapes as we read Lunchtime by Rebecca Cobb (a great book).
Not quite sure why he wanted to wear his sister’s hat but he did.
Then we had a quick walk home and admired the pretty snowdrops before lunch and heading back out to nursery.
