We recently took park in a really fun 2014 Love Books Summer Exchange. Basically, you’re matched up with someone with children of a similar age to yours, you send a book and related craft and receive the same.
Our partner sent us a copy of Herman’s Letter (which we had never read before) and a really fun craft. We turned the box that the book came in into our very own postbox.
We were also sent some paper and envelopes so we could write our own letters. Big Brother wanted to write lots of letters, one to Mummy, Daddy, Little Sis, Nanny and Grandad. He enjoyed writing letters and sticking stamps on the envelopes.
When the postbox had dried he was able to post his letters.
Our little man is growing up fast……….xxxx
