We were very lucky to receive an invitation to see the new Thomas & Friends film Tale of the Brave at Thomas Land today. Just before the screening the children were able to play with some of the latest Thomas & Friends toys. The Fat Controller was there too!
You may remember we’ve seen the film before but the children loved it so much they were excited about seeing it again. They love going to the cinema, I’m sure the popcorn helped!
Available on DVD from Monday 1st September, Tale of the Brave sees the arrival of new characters Marion, Reg and an unusual engine called Gator. You can purchase Thomas & Friends: Tale of The Brave online at www.amazon.co.uk and in all good retailers nationwide.
After the film had finished we were free to explore the park. I think we want on every ride we went on last year and more!
The children had a great time and loved every ride and especially the huge model train track which was the original set from the Thomas & Friends TV show. This time we managed to squeeze in a visit to Spencer’s Outdoor Play Area, the Blue Mountain Engine and Jeremy Jet rides too. There were a couple of rides that the children thought were a little scary for them so we saved those for our next visit.
