We found a huge box of vintage Lego pieces when we hit the charity shops with Nanny this morning. The box included vintage Lego train tracks so I bought the lot for £10 even though I didn’t really know what the box contained.
When we got the box back to Nanny’s house Daddy had a good look through it. It contained several Lego sets but no instructions. The children were happy to explore the contents and we even found some pieces to complete other vintage sets we have at home.
Daddy found enough pieces to build a Lego train track with points and signals.
Our box was definitely worth £10 and we’re looking forward to trying to build the engine when we’ve Googled the instructions.
Another success for the bargain-hunters xxxx
