There are so many fun festive Lego ideas out there I thought I would pull together some ideas for Lego Christmas decorations and gifts for Lego fans – here are 14 kid-friendly Christmas Lego ideas to keep kids busy during the festive season.
Lego Christmas decorations
This year we will be trying to make some Lego Christmas decorations. I really like these handmade Legoman snow globes and Lego baubles. You could also make Lego candy canes and Christmas trees and I love the idea of printing out some simple instructions for my 4 year old so he could make some on his own. I wouldn’t mind attempting this amazing DIY Lego wreath by Mommy Testers once the children are in bed!
How about adapting this sweet Lego card holder, which is perfect for little people playing card games, to make place settings for Christmas dinner?
Handmade Lego gifts
My children will definitely be receiving a few Lego sets this year. I like the idea of giving handmade lego gifts and there are some brilliant ideas. Lego crayons make a great stocking filler and are a great way to use up the boxes of crayons we’ve collected. Or how about these cute DIY Lego magnets? These simple Lego gift boxes would be perfect to hold small gifts. Lego bricks are perfect for printing on to paper and making your own Lego print wrapping paper.
If you are giving a Lego set this year I’ve found a great idea to make a Lego tray to go with it, this would make a great Christmas present.
