Tonight we made Macaroni Casserole (aka cheesy Broccoli and Macaroni Bake-Up). I knew we couldn’t go wrong with this recipe. The children love pasta, they love helping in the kitchen and they love to eat! They helped me measure, did a little grating, and together we put together a delicious meal which the whole family enjoyed. I loved the addition of the broccoli as we can’t eat a meal without a healthy portion of veg.
