You may remember a couple of weeks ago we got creative with a brilliant Makedo set and built a house for our In The Night Garden figures. Read on for news about our Makedo Find & Make Flowers kit giveaway so you can make your own uniquely beautiful floral bouquet!
Turn paper cups, plastic bottles, lids and other household packaging into your own stunning floral arrangement. The Makedo Find & Make Flowers kit gives you all the tools, reusable connectors and stickers you need to create and decorate each flower in your bouquet, and even the vase to put them in.
A great way to learn about recycling, this simple kit makes any coffee cup, paper tube and lid a potential daisy, rose or beaming sunflower. The kit includes a plastic safe-saw for punching holes in thick cardboard or plastic and cutting it down to size; and the clever re-clips and lock-hinges let you connect materials together quickly and easily.
You will need to provide 10-12 paper cups and plastic containers, 6-8 lids, 1 plastic bottle, thin cardboard and lots of imagination! Makedo parts are reusable so next time create different flowers for hours and hours of fun. A perfect stocking filler!

I love the exotic shape, the colours and the fragrance. Whenever I have a bunch of orchids in the house (which is rarely, unfortunately!) the fragrance permeates the whole house, and it’s lovely!
I’ve tweeted about the competition as @LoveWinning 🙂
My favourite flower is Nicotiana (tobacco plant) many years ago I moved through no choice of my own to a house, which I hated, with a garden, untended for 17 years. Trying to make myself like this horrible house I cleared the garden, dug borders and filled them with these and it was amazing. Blooms, colour and a wonderful perfume. I still hated the house and moved after 5 years but I grow them now in my new garden
