Although Little Sis was a bit poorly we managed to make it to our local library for our weekly Storytime session. It was very quiet but we enjoyed listening to stories about dragons and castles and the children made and decorated shields. They both received their ninth Bookstart Bear Club certificates and Big Brother finished the Summer Reading Challenge and received a certificate.
I can’t believe we’ve visited the library and read so many books over the summer but we obviously have. He added his name to the board to show he’d completed the challenge and was pretty pleased with himself.
Well done to both of them – so glad they love books – the best thing they’ll ever learn xxxx
