It feels as though Big Brother was the last person in the world to go back to school but today was his day. His teachers thought that he would cope really well with his new class which is why he was in the last few to start. I dropped him off, he hung up his hat and found his new drawer and he was off. It helped that the train set was out and as soon as he saw it he was happy to go off and play. I only stayed a few minutes to make sure he was ok then I left him for the morning.
Here is my handsome little man, holding a photo of him taken a year ago on his first day at nursery.
He had a good time and the best bit was that the Register was taken on a touch screen – how times have changed since I was at school!
Oh that is so exciting and I know what you mean as Aaron started on 3rd September but afternoons that Wed Thurs Fri and only mornings this whole week. He only starts full days from Monday 15th September. Which means he only starts having lunch/school dinners then too.
Has Big Brother gone straight into full days immediately?
Bless him with the tracks. Aaron would be in 7th heaven, but they’ve had jigsaws out every single day, so he knows how to do a few of them off by heart now.
He looks so handsome in this photo. Our precious boys have now commenced their 14 years of compulsory education *sniff*. I am REALLY hoping it is true we are still allowed holidays in term time before they are FIVE but I am yet to check that with the school.
Well done Big Bro.
