The toddler had his pre-school jabs this morning. He was pretty good, despite the raspberry blowing at the poor nurse. As a reward we treated ourselves to milkshakes at a cafe in Ruislip Manor. Not a bad way to spend the hottest day of the year!
Pinner Station is another of those stations which is difficult to get to (Ruislip to Harrow-on-the-Hill and change onto another branch of the Met Line). However it’s easy to get there by bus. It has been unbearably hot for us. We have the air conditioning on, fans on, all the doors and windows open. We’ve even been eating copious amounts of ice-cream! Thankfully it rained for half an hour after dinner. The toddler was so happy he did his own little rain dance in it.
