Today was Jolly Jar Day at school. In return for taking in a Jolly Jar (decorated and filled with toys and sweets) the children were allowed to wear their own clothes. This made someone very happy!

When my 5 year old came home from school he spotted a pile of paper plates we had been drawing on. He immediately wanted to join in and produced this really lovely drawing of us at the Lido which we visited at the weekend.

More lovely weather today so we spent some time in the garden. We’ve made a start on our new mud kitchen and the children were happy to play in the sand pit.
