The de Havilland Aircraft Museum

Today we took Grandad to the de Havilland Aircraft Museum. It’s a small working museum with lots of aircraft to look at. The children were really happy to run around the hangars and explore the different aircraft. Big Brother had lots of questions but thankfully Grandad was able to answer some of them for him.

A day at Hatchlands Park

Today we made great use of our National Trust membership with a visit to Hatchlands Park. The house wasn’t open but the wonderful parkland was and we took a picnic and stayed all day. Ruislip Lido

After our hectic 2 days in Blackpool we stayed local today with a trip to the Lido. We’re working on getting rid of Big Brother’s stabilisers.
