It’s been a while since we ticked any stations from our London Underground List. This morning we started out from North Acton so we stopped for the photo opportunity. We were heading into the West End for the Hobbycraft Christmas preview which was the only Christmas in July show I wanted to attend.
We had a great time and Big Brother was really well behaved. He was excited to see some of the Christmas ranges and even started suggesting things we could make!
We both loved these Gruffalo kits which will soon be hitting stores, we can’t wait to make some fun masks! Big Brother enjoyed a cake pop and I made a duck tape bow and we both had a great time.
Then it was on to the London Transport Museum in Covent Garden. We hadn’t been for ages but we knew we would have a fun time. Big Brother ran around stamping his ticket, drove trains and asked lots of questions as usual. We just about managed to visit their latest exhibition – Goodbye Piccadilly: From Home Front to Western Front – which was really interesting.
Big Brother which his completed ticket – his favourite thing about visiting the London Transport Museum.
Our final stop was the Disney Store in Covent Garden. Big Brother was treated to Pontoon Dusty and Dipper from the new Planes 2 Fire & Rescue film we saw at the weekend. There are lots of tie-in toys so I expect we shall be back for more soon.
We made it back home just in time to pick Little Sis up at 1, not bad for a mornings’ work 🙂
Another great day out. BB will have so many happy memories………xxxx
